Journal to Self Care

 Welcome to  Journal to Joy Part Two; Journey into Self-Care! I’m so glad you are interested and I have so much I want to tell you. Let me try to make it as simple as possible for you to know what this class is all about and how it will work!

 

Group Class
Here is what you are going to get and what you can expect:

♥  Four live 75 minute classes beginning in January- just in time for the New Year and your new resolutions about health, happiness and self care! ( I have added 15 minutes at the end for Q&A, so if you only have an hour you won’t miss content.)

♥  A journal that will take you through our time together (and beyond).

♥  A private Facebook group where you can interact with others in the class as well as me!

♥ A half hour coaching session with me after the class has ended to help you process the things you’ve learned (restrictions apply).

♥ A better understanding of what self care is, what it isn’t, how to make self care a priority,  and most important – what constitutes self care for you ( it truly is different for each of us).

♥  To learn how to recognize the thoughts, situations, and people  that keep you from taking the best possible care of yourself. And what to do to break the habits that are keeping you from getting what you want.

What else you need to know:

All classes will be recorded – you will get a link via email within 24 hours of the live call. Hopefully you will be able to make all the classes, but if you can’t – you can always listen in at your convenience.

The Facebook page is COMPLETELY PRIVATE – only those in the group can see and post to the page (in other words do not freak out if/when you see the posts in your news feed- only YOU and the other group members will be seeing those posts).
