Principles of Joy 2021: Self-Care Edition

My desire in creating this class was simple: to share with you the principles of joy I use in my own life – specifically as they relate to self care.

As we begin this new year there are the usual desires for new resolutions, setting goals and getting ourselves “back on track”.  ‘Tis the season for diets and “programs” of all sorts that promise “results”. It seems to me though that what we need most is to spend some time getting our self-care in line.

2020 was a strange year (understatement) and I find myself beginning 2021 in a wholly different place both physically and emotionally than I’ve ever been (maybe you feel the same way?)

When things feel off to me I know it’s time to double down on self care and that is exactly what I have been doing recently. Already I notice a change in my attitude and energy.

I want to help you feel the same way. The results you will see will be more peace, more calm, and more happiness.

I’m sharing my best tools and coaching to help you create your own self-care map; one that is individual to you and your own unique and personal make-up.


Here are the Deets:

♥ What: A four week class detailing my best tools and tips for self care to help you meet and greet this new year with calm and clarity.

♥ Who it’s for: Anyone and everyone! Whether you know a lot about self care but need a refresher or know nothing and need tools – this group will help you take better care of yourself so you have more energy for whatever it is you want to accomplish this year. This class is for people who want to learn practices that will bring them more joy. 

♥ Why: I want to share with you the tools I use to live a more joyful life. We all know we “should” be grateful, mindful, and compassionate with ourselves (3 of my principles). But how do we do it? I’m going to show you and help you through examples from my own life, proven coaching tools, exercises, and challenges to step out and try something new.

♥ Where: from the comfort of your home, your office, your car (use common sense please!), your yurt or anywhere your phone works!

♥ When: Tuesdays at noon, beginning January 12.


What you will get:

♥ Tools! I will share with you the tools I use in my own life that have taught and brought me joy and peace.

♥ A break in your day/week that will inspire you and activate your happiness!

♥ A gratitude practice. I believe (and there is a ton of science to back this up) that the gratitude habit has the ability to change your thinking and change your life. No matter where you are right now, it will help you be happier.

♥ A group of women just like you; women who are intelligent, curious, compassionate and interesting. Women who are walking on this path towards joy. Let’s face it, any new adventure can be a little daunting – isn’t it nice to have a tribe to go with?

♥ ME! You will have access to me every week on the calls, through the groupme and email – I believe in the concept of no woman left behind. In my coaching practice and with my friends and family I always encourage my people NOT to suffer alone or in silence. I’m always just an email away!


What else you need to know:

♥ All classes will be recorded, and the recording will be sent to you within 24 hours.

The classes will be 45 minutes long, but I am reserving the last 15 minutes of each call for Q and A. So, for those of you who only get 30 minutes for lunch – you are good to go! (and all calls are recorded so you never have to worry about missing one!)

♥ Cost: $99.00 – for four weeks of inspiration, camaraderie and coaching!
